어린이 영어예배
Today, you see the same form board as last Sunday.
We have four symbols: a heart (love), division, a cross, and a question mark. We talked about what a symbol means.
Symbol is a picture, object, or sign that stands for something else.
When you look at a symbol, it reminds you of a certain story and meaning of it.
For example, when you look at a rainbow, it probably reminds you of the story of Noah and its meaning is God’s promise.

We talked about a heart shape that symbolizes God’s heart. What is in his heart toward us?
The Bible is God’s love story for us. He loves us. That’s who he is. That’s what he is. He is Love.
He is the source of love. Love comes from him. He is the first place where love overflows. Out of his love he created us. He also created the space we live in.
And he wants us to be like princes and princesses under God, taking care of it.
Everything he created was beautiful. God said it was very good and he was delighted with it.
The forbidden fruit symbolizes the promise between God and man. It shows that man is created as a free man.
He is not programmed like a robot or he is not created as an animal that acts according to their instinct.
Think about birds that fly to other places every season. They fly to different places at certain times.
But they don’t use their free will to say, “I won’t go this time.”
Unlike them, we can choose. God gave us free will to make our own decisions.
It’s a great gift that only humans have. The fruit in the middle of the place proves that we’re like God who can choose what is right.
Freewill is his loving gift for us.

He didn’t choose something scary or terrible-looking so that Adam would be afraid and avoid it.
No. The forbidden fruit wasn’t scary or strange—it was like any other fruit—ordinary and familiar.
It was something Adam could eat, a simple everyday thing, just like the food we eat every day.
God’s command was close and simple, not far away or hard to keep. Even ordinary things can become important tests of our choices.

And you know what? When Satan tempts you and me, he doesn’t use something scary either.
No, he uses something familiar—something we see or use every day.
Satan approaches us every day, every moment with thoughts. Temptation often comes through what seems normal and harmless.

God, please send Jesus Christ to them
Jesus, please forgive them and save them
Holy Spirit, please open their hearts to accept Jesus Christ as their Saviour
