We celebrate Christian events such as Good Friday, Easter, Pentecost, and Christmas.

On these occasions, we celebrate what God the Father has done through God the Son by the power of the Holy Spirit.

On Trinity Sunday, however, we do not celebrate what God has done, but rather who God is.

From Lent to Pentecost (from early March to May), we have seen what God the Father has done through God the Son by the power of the Holy Spirit.

We have seen how the Triune God has been at work for our salvation. Now, together with the Holy Spirit, we can live by faith.

Jesus is no longer with us bodily, but the Holy Spirit has come upon us, empowering us to go out into the world and become little reflections of Jesus.

The Holy Spirit lives in us, reminding us of what Jesus taught and helping us become more like him.
